Too few Canadian wines from each major region and grape/style are exported to the U.S. market--a surprising and disappointing situation considering the proximity--to allow our U.S.-based company to make a solid assessment. For most charts, we taste hundreds of wines before rating a vintage; at a minimum, for small subregions, we sample dozens of wines.
